Before most people call a local business, they read its reviews: the rating, how many there are, how recent they are and how the owner replies to criticism. A business with a 4.2 rating and twenty old reviews loses to one with a 4.7 and two hundred recent ones, even if the work is better.

Reputation management services fix that gap honestly. We help you earn more genuine reviews, reply to every one of them well and catch problems early, all inside the rules Google and the FTC have set.

What our reputation management services include

The work covers four parts:

  • Review generation. Requests after every job, timed well and easy to act on, so reviews arrive steadily.
  • Review response management. Every review answered quickly in your voice, with sensitive replies approved by you first.
  • Monitoring. Reviews on Google, Facebook, Yelp and the sites in your industry tracked in one place, with alerts for anything negative.
  • Reputation repair. For businesses dealing with a damaged rating or harmful content, a structured plan to recover.

Why reviews matter for search as well as sales

Reviews persuade customers, and they also affect rankings. Google’s help pages say more reviews and positive ratings can help a business’s local ranking, and reviews feed the “prominence” factor Google names alongside relevance and distance.

That makes a steady review program one of the most reliable ways to improve both visibility and the share of searchers who become customers.

The rules have tightened

Google prohibits offering incentives for reviews and selectively asking only happy customers, often called review gating. Its Maps content policy also bans fake engagement and conflicts of interest.

The FTC’s 2024 rule on consumer reviews went further, targeting fake reviews, bought reviews and review suppression, with civil penalties possible. Every program we run stays well inside those lines, because a filtered profile or an FTC problem costs far more than a slow start.

A normal month

Requests go out automatically after each job, through text or email. New reviews come to us within hours, and we draft replies in your voice the same day, sending anything sensitive to you first.

At the end of the month you get one page: new reviews, average rating, response time and how you compare with competitors. Any trend worth acting on, like a rise in complaints about wait times, is flagged at the top.

Your team’s part

Very little. The most effective habit is a one-line mention at the end of each job: “You’ll get a text asking how we did, and it really helps us.” That simple ask makes the automated request far more likely to get a response.

Beyond that, we need customer phone numbers or emails recorded in your system, and a quick approval when a sensitive reply needs your eye. Most owners spend a few minutes a week on it.

When a bad review arrives

A negative review isn’t a crisis. Customers expect a few, and a calm, helpful reply often does more for your reputation than another five-star review.

We draft the reply the same day, send it to you for approval and suggest whether the issue needs a phone call. If the review breaks platform rules, we flag it for removal through the proper process.

Reputation management: Texas businesses and the review sites that matter

Google is the most important review site for nearly every Texas business, but it isn’t the only one. Healthcare practices also need Healthgrades and Zocdoc, lawyers need Avvo, restaurants need Yelp and TripAdvisor, and contractors need Houzz and Angi.

We focus on the sites your customers actually read. For businesses serving Spanish-speaking customers, we can make the review process easy in Spanish as well as English.

Choosing a reputation management company

Ask any reputation management company three questions. Do you ask every customer, or only the happy ones? Do you ever offer incentives?

Can you remove negative reviews? The right answers are every customer, never, and only when they break the platform’s rules.

Any reputation management agency that promises to delete bad reviews or boost your rating with bought praise is putting your business at risk.

Cost, timing and results

What do reputation management services cost?

It depends on your volume of customers and how many sites need monitoring. Reputation management starts at $100 a month on its own, or comes with every other service in the full plan from $399 a month.

How long until I see more reviews?

New reviews usually start arriving within days of switching on requests. A profile that looks clearly stronger than competitors’ typically takes a few months of steady requests.

Will better reviews bring in more customers?

Reviews influence both rankings and the choice customers make once they find you. We track review growth alongside calls and leads from your profile. Clients rate us 4.8 out of 5 across 148 Google reviews.

Frequently asked questions about reputation management

Can you remove negative reviews?

Only reviews that break the platform’s rules, such as spam, fake accounts or conflicts of interest, and only by flagging them through the proper process. Genuine negative reviews stay.

Is it legal to offer a discount for a review?

No. Google prohibits incentives for reviews, and the FTC’s rules add legal risk. Ask every customer and let the reviews come honestly.

How quickly should I reply to reviews?

Within a day or two where possible. Quick, thoughtful replies show customers you’re paying attention.

Do you work with healthcare practices?

Yes, with care. Healthcare replies must never confirm someone is a patient or discuss their care, and we write them accordingly.
