This policy explains what personal information Texas SEO Agency (“we”, “us”) collects through texasseo.agency, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email us at contact@texasseo.agency.
What we collect
When you request a quote or audit
The form asks for your name, phone number and email address. You can also add your business website, the service you’re interested in and a message. We record which page you sent the form from, so we know which service or city you were asking about.
When you sign up for emails
We collect your email address and, if you add it, your phone number. We also save the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time you agreed, and the page you signed up on. That record shows you gave us permission to contact you.
To stop spam
When either form is sent, we store a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, not the address itself. We also keep a counter for 10 minutes that limits how many forms one connection can send. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs of visits, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
We don’t take payments through the website, so we never collect card or bank details here.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare your audit or quote, and follow up about it.
- To send the emails, calls or texts you agreed to, and only if you ticked the consent box. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything from us.
- To see which pages bring in enquiries, so we can improve the website.
- To block spam and keep the website secure.
Cookies and tracking
The website currently uses no analytics, advertising or social media tracking, and it doesn’t set cookies for ordinary visitors. Our fonts and images load from our own website, not from outside services. WordPress sets its own cookies only for people who log in to manage the site.
If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we’ll update this policy before they go live.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with other companies for their own marketing. Your information is handled by:
- Hostinger, which hosts our website and email. Form submissions are stored in our website’s database and sent to our inbox there.
- Our team, and only the people who need it to answer your request or work on your project.
We will also disclose information when the law requires it, for example to comply with a valid court order.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests as long as we need them to reply to you, work with you and keep normal business records, or until you ask us to delete them.
We keep subscriber records until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep only your email address, and your phone number if you gave one, on a do-not-contact list so you don’t hear from us again by mistake.
Your choices
- Stop emails: reply “unsubscribe” to any email from us, or email contact@texasseo.agency.
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any text from us.
- See, correct or delete your information: email contact@texasseo.agency and tell us what you’d like. We may need to confirm it’s you before we act, and we’ll reply within 45 days.
Asking about your information won’t change how we treat you or what we charge.
Security
The website uses HTTPS, so form details are encrypted on the way to us, and only our team’s administrator accounts can view submissions. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords or payment details through our forms.
Children
This website is meant for business owners, not children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we’ll delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
