Plenty of owners who buy SEO services end up with two things: a monthly invoice and a PDF of rankings for phrases nobody searches. The phone doesn’t ring any more than it did before, and nobody can explain why.
We start from the other end. First we find the searches that already bring paying customers to businesses like yours, then we check where you stand on each and spend the month fixing whatever keeps you off page one. If the phone doesn’t ring more, the work isn’t finished.
What our SEO services include
Search engines rank a page when they can read it easily, when it answers the search better than the alternatives, and when other people vouch for the business behind it. Most months touch four areas:
- Technical health. Pages load quickly on a phone, every important page can be crawled and nothing is blocked or duplicated by accident. Our technical SEO work covers this.
- Page content. Each service you sell gets a page written for the people who search for it, with real photos and an obvious way to call. That’s on-page SEO.
- Local signals. For a business that serves an area, the Google Business Profile, reviews and listings often matter as much as the website. See local SEO.
- Reputation and links. Mentions from local news, suppliers, chambers of commerce and community groups show that real people know you.
Google is fairly open about how this works. Its SEO starter guide covers the basics, and its local help pages say there’s no way to pay for a better local ranking. No SEO company can buy one for you either.
How we decide what to do first
We don’t open a keyword tool on day one. We ask which jobs you’d happily take ten more of tomorrow and which you’d rather not see again.
A roofing company that makes its margin on full replacements shouldn’t chase “shingle repair cost” first. A dental office with an empty hygiene schedule has a different priority from one booked six weeks out.
Then we look at the real search results for those jobs across your service area. Sometimes the gap is a missing page, sometimes it’s a competitor with 300 reviews to your 40, and sometimes the Google profile has the wrong primary category.
Not sure which of those applies to you? Ask for a free audit and we’ll show you the three fixes we’d make first.
A normal month
Early in the month we have a short call to agree on three priorities. After that you mostly hear from us when we need something, like photos from a recent job or approval on a new page.
The work itself is unglamorous. We rewrite a service page stuck on page two, fix redirect chains from an old site, add missing services to your Google profile and set up review requests after each job.
At the end of the month you get one page: what we changed, what moved and what’s next. Rankings are on it, below calls and form leads.
SEO: Texas markets differ
The same playbook doesn’t fit every town. The U.S. Census Bureau estimated Houston’s population at 2,390,125 in July 2024 and Pampa’s at 16,487.
A plumber in Houston competes with dozens of shops for each neighborhood’s searches. An HVAC contractor in Pampa might be one of a handful, and winning the map pack in the surrounding towns matters more than any single keyword. That’s why we ask where your trucks go before we write a single page.
Cost, timing and results
What do SEO services cost?
Pricing depends on how competitive your services are, how large an area you serve and how much groundwork is already done. SEO on its own starts at $100 a month, and the full plan with every service starts at $399 a month. You get an exact quote after a free audit.
How long does SEO take?
Technical and profile fixes can show results within weeks. New pages usually take two to four months to settle, and competitive phrases in large metros take longer.
Will it actually bring in calls?
Every call and form is tracked by source from the first week, so you can see what each change produced. Clients rate us 4.8 out of 5 across 148 Google reviews.
How to judge any SEO company, including us
Ask these four questions before you sign anything, and again six months in:
- Can you show me the changes you made last month?
- Which of my pages brought in calls, and how do you know?
- What did you decide not to do, and why?
- If I leave, what do I keep?
The last answer should be everything: the domain, the website, the analytics account and the Google Business Profile, all in your name. Any SEO agency that can’t answer the second question isn’t measuring what you’re paying for.
Frequently asked questions about SEO services
Can you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and nobody honest can. Google decides rankings, and competitors change them every week. We guarantee clear monthly work and honest reporting.
When are SEO services the wrong buy?
When you need calls this week, or when the real problem is an offer people don’t want or a phone that goes to voicemail. Paid search can fill gaps while SEO builds.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month, billed monthly by card or bank transfer. We recommend at least three months, because that’s how long SEO usually takes to show results, and you own every account and piece of content from day one.
What if I already have a web developer?
We’ll work alongside them. Your team knows the business, and we point the effort where it counts.
